How to become a sponsor of the Golf Outing

Dear Valued Contributor,
Thank you in advance for your consideration in becoming an event sponsor for the Remembering Ron Cameron Golf Outing benefiting the Ron Cameron Foundation. The participation and loyal dedication of family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, and industry and community sponsors will allow the foundation to fund scholarships for graduating high school seniors seeking to continue their education and a professional career in the mechanical or construction trades.
In order to continue the foundation's objectives now and in the future we are seeking event sponsors for our Annual Remembering Ron Cameron Golf Outing on June 4, 2008 at Loch Nairn Golf Club in Avondale, PA and respectfully request your generosity with a contribution to cover event costs. If you wish to only sponsor a portion of an item below, we are accepting co-sponsors (simply designate on your registration form if mailing in payment or in the comments box if paying online via our secure server.
NOTE: The Ron Cameron Foundation is a 501c-3 non-profit charitable organization as recognized by the IRS with Fed. Tax I.D. #56-2645539. Check with your accountant to verify that your donation is tax deductible.
Sponsorship Opportunities (Partial co-sponsors are acceptable other than tee signs)
Hole Sponsorship w/ tee Sign for $50 each
You can designate your own sign inscription with your company name, team name, or message that you feel "Remembers Ron Cameron" in some way.
Dinner Sponsor: $3800
Four (4) golfers with lunch, reception, and dinner, course signage, signage at dinner, and top listing on all event materials and foundation website.
Cocktail Reception Sponsor: $3700
Four (4) golfers with lunch, reception, dinner, course signage, signage at the cocktail hour reception, and listing on all event materials and foundation website.
Commemorative Gift Item Sponsor: $3000
Four (4) golfers with lunch, reception, dinner, course signage, signage at the cocktail hour reception, and listing on all event materials and foundation website. Depending upon the item selected by the golf outing committee, there may even be an opportunity for your company name or logo to appear on the item as the sponsor.
Box Lunch Sponsor: $2100
Two (2) golfers with lunch, reception, dinner, course signage, signage at the event registration, and listing on all event materials and foundation website.
Beverage Cart and Course Beverages Sponsor: $1500
Two (2) golfers with lunch, reception, dinner, course signage, signage on the popular beverage carts and at course beverage pit stops and listing on all event materials and foundation website.
Event Sponsor: $1500
Two (2) golfers with lunch, reception, dinner, course signage, signage on the popular beverage carts and at course beverage pit stops and listing on all event materials and foundation website.
Awards Sponsor: $500
Course signage, signage at the awards table and listing on all event materials and foundation website.
Hole-In-One Sponsors (3 Sponsors): Vehicle Donation
This sponsorship affords you course signage, signage on the par 3 hole where your vehicle will be displayed and listing on all event materials and foundation website.
Signage Sponsor: Signage Services Donation
This sponsorship affords you course signage, signage at the event registration and listing on all event materials and foundation website.
Hole/Tee Sponsor: $50
This sponsorship affords you a customized hole/tee sign placed on one of the 18 holes and listing on all event materials and foundation website. Individuals, foursomes, groups, or companies may sponsor a hole.
